Former Telecom Minister A Raja is expected to file a petition in the Supreme Court seeking a review of its judgement in the 2G spectrum licence case which he feels can go against him in the criminal trial.

DMK as well as Congress sources said that the jailed former minister may file the petition in the next two-three days on the judgement cancelling 122 licences issued during his tenure.

The former Telecom Minister is said to be of the view that the apex court judgement could have an adverse impact on his trial pending before a Special CBI court.
