Mumbai police expects to complete the investigations into the terror attacks by the end of this month and file charge sheets against Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist nabbed during the November 26-29 terror campaign, and 12 other Pakistani nationals.
The other Pakistanis have been identified as those who provided logistical support for the attack like recruiting the terrorists, organising training, providing arms and finance for the operation, among others, said a senior crime branch official.
However, he refused to divulge the name of the Pakistani nationals and said, “At this stage, we don’t want to disclose their names as we are still in the process of collecting evidence against them.”
Special public prosecutor Ujwal Nikam is closely working with crime branch officials on preparing the charge-sheets to ensure there are no loopholes, the crime branch official informed.
