Sluggish growth in foreign tourist arrivals

Foreign tourist arrivals in October stood at 5,60,000, a rise of 2.8 per cent compared to the year-ago period. Foreign exchange earnings in October stood at $1,538 million, compared with $1,424 million in October 2011.
