Dealers said the rally on the counter is purely on rumours that the company is likely to come out with a bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1.

 The shares of the Hyderabad-based software company has risen by more than 20 per cent from Rs 567.10 on 3 April 2002 in the last five trading sessions.

 Analysts said the surge in the stock is due to hopes of impressive FY 2001-02 results from the company. They forecast a 40-50 per cent growth in the company
