Dinesh Kumar Singhania, the defaulter on the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) who has been evading arrest, filed an appeal in the division bench of the Calcutta High Court challenging the order of a single judge , who passed a decree of Rs 5.82 crore against him.
