Blackstone Group (foreign promoter) held a majority 67.88 per cent stake in the company, while the Indian promoters held 20 per cent at the end of March 2008.

The stock hit the 20 per cent upper circuit of Rs 248.80 during the day, but subsequently corrected after the company rubbished the reports as speculative. The scrip saw a total turnover of 1.17 lakh shares as against two-week average volumes of 1,153 shares.
