Market Trades Thin And Narrow

It was yet another week in which political scandals eclipsed the economic agenda. The market went nowhere, trading in an even narrower range than before. Effectively, there is no broad trend with everyone waiting for some sort of trigger, to react either upwards or downwards.
The Sensex ended at 3305.51 points with a mere 0.27 per cent gain. The Nifty moved even lesser, ending at 1069.15 with a minor loss.
