Narayana Hrudayalaya which made its debut on the bourses today closed at Rs 340.80, a 36% premium against its issue price of Rs 250 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.

Earlier today, the stock listed at Rs 291, a 16% premium against its issue price of Rs 250 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.

Post listing, the stock hit a high of Rs 345.65 and low of Rs 291 intra-day.

The private health care service provider raised Rs 613 crore via the initial public offer (IPO). The company had priced the IPO at the top end of the Rs 245 to Rs 250 per share price band for the IPO. The issue was subscribed 6.38 times.

The largest number of bids came in from foreign institutional investors (FIIs) under the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) quota, which was subscribed 24.4 times. The retail category was subscribed 1.85 times, while the non-institutional category, which includes investment from high net-worth individuals was subscribed 3.6 times.

The company has not received any proceeds from the issue. All the proceeds will go to the selling shareholders.
