Steel prices remain quiet in thin trade

Quiet conditions developed in the local steel market today as prices continued to trade in a narrow range on subdued demand and settled around previous levels.
Traders said subdued demand from construction units against adequate stocks position kept steel prices unchanged.
Following are today's quotations per tonne:
