Total market turnover on Aug 23 at Rs 1.87 lakh crore
F& turnover on NSE rises by Rs 23,000 crore
The total market turnover on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange was Rs 1,87,369 crore (Rs 1.87 trillion) on Thursday.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment amounted to Rs 1,947 crore while the derivatives segment registered a turnover of Rs 45,410 crore.
On the National Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment was Rs 10,102 crore while the turnover in the derivatives segment was Rs 1,29,810 crore.
