Alec Baldwin has revealed that he would never revive his twitter account, which he deleted on June 27 after his angry outburst about a journalist and wants to live a life away from the public eye.
Baldwin recently lashed out at a Daily Mail journalist who alleged that the star's pregnant wife, Hilaria Baldwin, was tweeting off-topic messages during funeral services for James Gandolfini but the actor insisted that he would never make that mistake again, Us Magazine reported.
Talking to the publication, the 'Rock of Ages' actor said that at Gandolfini's funeral, he realized that the great actor didn't have any social media account, yet he was loved and admired by everyone.
He said that at the funeral, he learned a lesson that all this is a waste of time.
The 55-year-old actor also confessed that he wants to quit acting and wishes to disappear from public life entirely.
Referring to the infamous voicemail he left for his now 17-year-old daughter in 2007, in which he called her a 'rude little pig', he said that the incident has disappointed him and he does not want the same for his next child.
