Assam: Three held with arms, ammunition in Dhubri
Security forces have arrested three persons and seized arms and ammunition from them in Assam's Dhubri district.
According to the police, a bomb weighing five kilograms, one country made pistol and other ammunition were recovered from them last night.
"After receiving information, we investigated and recovered a country made pistol and a bomb weighing five kilos from an Indigo car," Dhaneswar Bora, a police officer, told ANI.
The trio arrested were identified as Safiqur Hussain, Ataur Islam and Hatilur Haque.
