Around half of employees land into arguments at work, with reasons ranging from who makes the tea and not being able to take a lunch break, to being overlooked for a pay rise and the printer going into meltdown.
It was found that an average worker suffers "desk rage" twice a day, with likely causes being colleagues taking credit for our work, rude clients or computers crashing, the Daily Express reported.
The study, which was commissioned by Old Jamaica Extra Fiery Ginger Beer, also found that about 42 per cent of workers are most angry and impatient on a Monday, and find themselves totally fed up by noon.
