Bangladesh Police nabs nine human trafficking suspects

Bangladesh Police has reportedly nabbed nine suspects in Teknaf upazila as part of its ongoing crackdown on human traffickers in the district.
The police was prompted to act after receiving a tip-off and separately raided Shah Parir Dwip and Shamlapur yesterday morning, detaining two human traffickers. Another seven suspects were nabbed in a separate drive on Tuesday, reported The Daily Star.
