The Belgium World Cup beauty, who grabbed a L'Oreal modeling deal after her World Cup photos went viral has been released from her contract after she posed with a dead oryx gazelle she had hunted in Africa.
Axelle Despiegelaere captioned the pic saying that hunting was not a matter of life or death and it was much more important than that and the pic was about one year ago, News.com.au reported.
A spokesperson for L'Oreal said that L'Oreal Professionnel Belgium collaborated with Despiegelaere on an ad hoc basis to produce a video for social media use in Belgium and the contract had now been completed.
The post came on the day that Belgium eliminated the United States at the World Cup.
