Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Tuesday said that the poll results in Jammu and Kashmir reflected that just by campaigning massively and making false promises to the people, a party cannot claim victory.
"The result in Jammu and Kashmir has shown that the massive campaign by the BJP has not worked. They should have realized by now that just by promoting and campaigning for the party, they cannot win the support of the people. The Kashmir public will not get misled by false claims of the BJP. Party mein Phool hai par gandh nahi hai," the Bihar chief minister said.
Out of the 87 constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, BJP is leading in 25 seats, People's Democratic Party (PDP) in 28, National Conference (NC) in 15, Congress in 12, Jammu and others in seven seats.
