Defending Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'shaitan' remark on Lalu Prasad Yadav, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain on Friday said the former had said nothing wrong and had only asked the reason for the comment to be made in the first place.
"The words used by Lalu for PM Modi and Amit Shah are not usable. Today, he (Lalu) is feeling bad for the words used for him. The PM did not say anything wrong. He just asked the reason behind what Lalu ji is saying," Hussain told media here.
"There is 'jungle raj' in Bihar, even IPS officers are not safe there, If people who protect us are not safe, then, who will protect the people of Bihar ," he added.
Hussain further claimed that the people of Bihar are worried that a BJP-led NDA government is necessary in Bihar. Therefore, a BJP-led government will be formed in Bihar without doubt.
