It seems actor Brie Larson's childhood dream of becoming a superhero came true, as the trailer of her upcoming movie 'Captain Marvel' was unveiled on Tuesday.

She took to Twitter to unveil the poster of the movie, captioned, "Look Mom, I'm a superhero. #CaptainMarvel".

The trailer is action-packed as it takes fans on a flashback journey of the title character, Carol Danvers, played by Larson; as she discovers her past connection with planet earth.

Fans went crazy and claimed to have watched the trailer multiple times.

An ardent Marvel fan tweeted, "How many times do you think I can watch that Captain Marvel trailer in one day? Are there enough minutes to reach 10,000?"

Another fan was elated as it is the first superhero film with a female lead.

She tweeted, "Okay I legit teared up at the #CaptainMarvel trailer? I didn't realise how much it would mean to me to FINALLY see a female lead in the MCU. Like I've been waiting for it for so long and watching the trailer it was like...oh. So THAT'S what it feels like. ??"

Even 'Captain America' Chris Evans was excited to see the trailer. He confirmed it with an emoji indicating that his mind was absolutely blown.
