Chacko targets Kejriwal, says 'AAP is a one man show'

Congress leader P.C. Chacko on Wednesday alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is a one man show led by Arvind Kejriwal and added that the people of Delhi would soon see his true face.

Chacko, who was reacting to the Turkman Gate incident, said that an MLA of AAP is absconding after an involvement in such a heinous crime.

"Their claim that the Central Government and the central police should have taken action is absurd. This is a very serious issue and needs to be dealt with seriously. AAP is a one man show of Arvind Kejriwal and the people of Delhi will soon see his true face," he added.

Meanwhile, Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi today said that five people have been arrested so far, including prime accused Ameen Pehelwan, in connection with the death of a 38-year-old man in a road rage incident in Turkman Gate area.

"Five people have been arrested. Our investigation is on so that the relevant evidence can be collected," he said.

"Our aim is to hand over the chargesheet to the court at the earliest so that the culprits can be punished," he added.

Shahnawaz, the deceased was returning home on his motorcycle along with his two children on Sunday, when he was beaten to death after a minor accident in Turkman Gate area.
