The Delhi Police on Thursday filed a chargesheet against gangster Neeraj Bawana, former Delhi legislator Rambeer Shokeen and others, accusing them of running a crime syndicate in the national capital.
According to reports, the police have booked them under the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
The matter is scheduled to be heard by the court on September 24.
