Argentina's Angel Di Maria is reportedly out of the FIFA World Cup after suffering a muscle tear in his thigh during his side's 1-0 victory over Belgium.
The Real Madrid midfielder limped out of Argentina's quarterfinal clash against Belgium after just half an hour.
According to The Mirror, speculations are rife that Di Maria has been ruled out of the remained of the tournament with a muscle tear in his right thigh.
Di Maria's injury is reportedly not sever but is serious enough to keep the midfielder out for a week at least.
Before he departed the field in Brasilia Di Maria set Argentina on their way to reach the World Cup semifinals helping set up Gonzalo Higuain's eighth minute opener.
Di Maria is the latest big name to fall in a matter of days after Brazilian star Neymar saw his own tournament cut short after breaking a vertebra in his back, the report added.
