Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios and Canada's Eugenie Bouchard have giggled their way through the first round of the U.S. Open in mixed doubles.
According to News.com.au, the mix doubles pair giggled on-court and during the games and also fought over towels. Kyrgios was asked to help fix Bouchard's necklace and went in for a celebratory hug after they won.
In the post-match interview, Kyrgios also took the blame for dropping the first set. Bouchard later said that the experience was super fun and termed the controversial Australian player as 'funny guy.'
The pair defeated Ukraine's Elina Svitolina and New Zealand's Artem Sitak in a tie-breaker.
