An army colonel, who allegedly raped daughter of a junior colleague in Shimla, has been sent on judicial remand till December 8.
The colonel was arrested on November 22 for allegedly raping the daughter of a lieutenant colonel posted at the Army Training Command in Shimla.
The accused was arrested after the woman filed an FIR against him under relevant sections of the IPC.
The police lodged the case after recording the statement and conducting medical examination of the victim.
