Cher has revealed that she never hated Madonna, she just thought the 'Like a Virgin' singer was a bitch.
Cher, when asked about the 55-year-old pop singer, told social news and entertainment website, Reddit, that she actually has quite a respect for her, Metro.co.uk reported.
The 67-year-old singer said that she thinks Madonna might be one of the most amazing artists she has known, and though she doesn't like everything she does, she is "always riding the crest of the wave."
Cher said that Madonna had always seen trends way before anyone else, and had made great videos, so she is fine with it instead of saying "WTF is MDNA".
The two music icons have enjoyed rivalry, which goes back more than 20 years when Cher's music went out of fashion, and Madonna became a big hit in the 80's.
