Zayn Malik seems to start his film career as he has been in talks with 'Bend It Like Beckham' director Gurinder Chadha to plan his next move.
The 'Bride and Prejudice' helmer complemented the 22-year-old former One Direction vocalist in an interview that he was first trained to be an actor before starting his musical career, the Mirror reported.
The 55-year-old British film director, who is working on her next project 'Bend It Like Beckham: The Musical', said that she and the 'Best Song Ever' singer have met each other and have spoken and believed that the singer would be staying true to his heart.
Chadha explained that right now she didn't had a part in her mind for Malik, but hopefully in the future.
