Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Dr. Jitendra Singh on Thursday said that Jammu would be the first place in Jammu and Kashmir to have AIIMS.
Dr. Singh was addressing media persons in connection with the completion of one year of Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government at the Centre under the programme, 'Saal Ek Shuruyat Anek' in Jammu.
He added that with the NDA government at the Centre, a new era of development of the country has begun and that during the first one year, Prime Minister Modi-led Government has taken historical decisions for the uplift of people of the country, particularly the downtrodden sections of the society.
