Josh Brolin and Diane Lane, who separated earlier in 2013, are officially divorced after nine years of marriage.
The couple's split was made official by Los Angeles County Superior Court documents, People Magazine reported.
The 'Under the Tuscan Sun' actress has also legally restored her last name from Diane Lane Brolin to just Diane Lane.
The couple, who had tied the knot in 2004, had a turbulent marriage, with Brolin getting arrested just 4 months after the wedding for spousal battery.
