Kanye West has been charged with misdemeanor battery and attempted theft, following an alleged scuffle with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport in July.
According to CBS News, the brawl between the rapper and videographer, Daniel Ramos, was caught on video, which showed West accusing Ramos of trying to provoke him for money.
However, Ramos has alleged that he tried to back away when the singer lunged at him and wrestled his camera to the ground.
The court documents have revealed that the new father's indictment has been set for Oct. 10, but he is not required to appear if he has an attorney.
