Kim Kardashian has been widely criticised for appearing on intellectually minded NPR's celebrity quiz show 'Wait Wait.Don't Tell Me!'.
The radio network's website published an article stating that they received a wide negative response from their listeners for the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, Us Magazine reported.
A listener said that he listened to NPR to get away from Kardashian-like "garbage" and felt really disgusted after hearing the 34-year-old TV personality on air, while another from Tuftonboro, New Hampshire wrote that he might drop his membership for he couldn't see NPR maintaining their class or values.
A network official expressed that they weren't sure what to make of the latest outrage over Kardashian as the show had always pilloried her and her clan in the past, and even Kardashian had a couple of funny lines and was gracious during the show.
