Kunal Kapoor and Prachi Mishra walked the ramp for Motiwala and Sons' exclusive new range of jewellery line 'Kawachi' in New Delhi.
While the 'Rang De Basanti' star was the showstopper for the mens jewellery range, which consisted of broaches, neckpieces, diamond studded ties and belts, Miss India Earth 2012 flaunted the women jewellery collection at the event.
Speaking about the bedazzling collection of men's jewellery, Kapoor said, "All the designs are beautiful. It's always that the women get the attention, but I am so glad that Sachi Singh has decided to give men the attention as well. And there is no reason that diamonds can't be a man's best friend as well".
Sporting a large neckpiece, he said, "I haven't worn this before, but I would like to try it in the future, maybe for my wedding as well".
Mishra, who dazzled in red exquisite gown, said, "Sachi Singh represents the generation Y and has designed exquisite jewellery keeping in mind the sensibilities of the modern women".
Speaking about her inspiration, the designer and budding entrepreneur said, "My father and my grandfather both had a distinct style and all my designs reflect their impeccable taste. The jewellery is simplistic but classy, keeping in line with the modern lifestyle".
There was something for everyone, from bridal wear to everyday wear jewellery, at the show which even saw Bharat Kundra, who was crowned Grasim Mr. India 2007, posing in some of the designs, ranging from intricate polki sets to diamond followed by the traditional gold sets.
