A 22-year-old man has pleaded not guilty for breaking into Miley Cyrus' house after the singer's house was burgled again.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Rusty Edward Sellner has been charged with one felony count apiece of first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft, E! Online reported.

Cyrus was not at the house when the other two break-ins occurred.

Sellner has two prior convictions in Ventura County for burglary and evading arrest and he is facing a maximum sentence of seven years and eight months in prison if convicted on all charges in this case.
