Miley Cyrus has advised pal Justin Bieber, who was recently arrested for a DUI and driving with an expired license, to pay people to make sure he doesn't get into trouble.

The controversial singer made the suggestion to the 'Boyfriend' hit maker on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' when the host asked her if she had anything to add to the troubled star's legal troubles, the New York Daily News reported.

The 'We Can't Stop' crooner said that Bieber has lots of money and should put it to use wisely, adding that he should buy a house, add a club to it and party there.
