The newly crowned Miss Universe Gabriela Isler has confessed that she believes transgender beauty queens should have their own pageant.
The 24-year-old former Miss Venezuela said that the transgender have the opportunity, but she believes that they have to compete with the same team, the Huffington Post reported.
On further being asked if it is right to disqualify a transgender participant, Isler replied that it wasn't her decision and she would like to have the power to make all of the decisions, but as a human being, you need the opportunity to make your dreams come true.
Jenna Talackova was disqualified from the Miss Universe Canada pageant last year, for being a transgender.
