The 31-year-old British glamour model has dropped a dress size since she embarked on her new year resolution to shape up, having given birth to daughter Ariana back in February 2013, Daily Star reported.
Thomas, who once had an affair with footoe ace ryan Giggs, has stuck to a strict diet, alongside regular exercise and taking Nature's Way African Mango - a natural supplement that contains ingredients that are believed to help decrease body weight by helping to increase the breakdown of fats.
