Pakistani actor Imran Abbas invites Priyanka Chopra to visit country

Pakistani actor Imran Abbas has invited the Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra to visit his country.

While hosting the Indian Big Star Entertainment Awards on New Year's Eve, the 32-year-old star, who made his Bollywood debut with 'Creature 3D,' wooed the former Miss World with an Urdu couplet, as she came on stage to receive the Big Star Most Entertaining Actor in Social Drama award for her title role in 'Mary-Kom,' the Dawn reported.

Co-hosting the show with Sunil Grover, Abbas said lines meaning "There are many beautiful faces other than yours alas..What else would one see after looking at you" and offered Chopra a red rose on his and his country's behalf as a good faith.

Choprs praised his lines at which the actor responded with the traditional "adaab," and as she got down the stage he added "It would be our deepest wish that you'd visit Pakistan to receive the whole bouquet."

Previously, singer-actor Ali Zafar had also been selected to host the Box Office Awards in October.
