Police bust militant hideout in Kashmir, recover huge cache of arms

The army and police launched a joint search operation in Kandi located near Kankali forest in Rajouri and recovered a huge consignment of arms, ammunition and explosive from the hideout.

While interacting with mediapersons on Thursday, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Kandi, A.M.Malik, said: "In the arms recovered, there is one AK-56 gun which has two magazines, the pistol is made in Pakistan, there are two rods of AK-56, we also found, three UBGL grenades from a very old hideout of militants.
