Members of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) were detained by the police on Tuesday after they staged a protest outside UPSC office demanding cancellation of CSAT exams.
Yesterday, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that row over UPSC Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) will be resolved within a week.
The UPSC aspirants have been protesting vociferously against the exam saying there is a need to change the second paper as it makes it difficult for people coming from rural areas of Hindi-speaking states to answer the papers.
