Pope Francis has said that he has a feeling his papacy might be "brief" and he might step aside in next two to five years.
According to BBC, the pontiff's statement came at an event marking the second anniversary of his election.
He commended Pope Benedict's decision to step aside in 2013 as "courageous".
Pope Francis has a feeling that the God has placed in the current position only for a brief period of time.
He said that he missed anonymity in life adding that the only thing he would really love to do is go to a pizzeria without having being recognized and eat a pizza.
