Victoria Beckham, along with other high-end brands, has recently been accused of discriminating against 'models of colour' at the London Fashion Week.
The accusations were made by supermodels, Naomi Campbell and Iman, in a letter to industry groups, the Daily Star reported.
Their list of 'discriminating labels' included two of Victoria's lines, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Armani, Gucci and Saint Laurent.
Iman, wife of British musician David Bowie, asserted that there were far more black models working in the 1970s than in 2013.
She insisted that if the conversation regarding race cannot be had publicly in our industry, then there is something wrong with the industry.
Meanwhile, Campbell has revealed that just 6 percent of models in New York Fashion Week were black.
She said that the statistics are really shocking and heartbreaking.
She insisted that it doesn't matter what colour you are, if you've got the right talent, then you should have the opportunity to do the job.
Campbell added that all she is saying that the act of not choosing models of colour is racist, and they are not calling the designers racist, only the act.
