President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday condoled the loss of lives in national capital's Vishnu Garden building collapse incident.
"I am saddened to learn about the collapse of a building yesterday in West Delhi's Vishnu Garden in which some persons have lost their lives and many others are injured," President Mukherjee said in his message to the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung.
The President also called upon the concerned authorities to provide all possible aid to the bereaved families, who have lost their near and dear ones as well as medical assistance to the injured.
"Please convey my heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. I wish speedy recovery to the injured persons," he added.
The collapse of four-storey building at New Delhi's Vishnu Garden claimed lives of six people and injured over eight.
