Rebecca Ferguson will be joining the cast of Stephen Frears' upcoming film 'Florence Foster Jenkins,' along with Meryl Streep, Hugh Grant and 'The Big Bang Theory's' Simon Helberg.
The Pathe-financed movie follows the true story of the titular character (Streep), a wealthy woman in the early 20th century NYC high society who used her relationships and her fortune to gain traction as a singer, but with one catch: she couldn't actually sing, Deadline.com reported.
Grant plays her butler and best friend, while Ferguson will play Grant's long-suffering wife. While, Helberg boarded the role of Cosme McMoon, Florence's accompanist on the piano.
