Intelligence agencies, which have arrested serving Indian Army personnel here in connection with spying for Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), handed him over to the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police on Sunday.

Well placed sources told ANI that the accused allegedly used to pass on secrete documents relating to movements of the Indian Army's Rashtriya Rifles to his ISI handler.

The Delhi Police had on Saturday arrested a government school teacher from Rajouri in connection with induction of people into their ongoing racket and attaching them to the Indian handler of the Pakistan Intelligence Agency.

Sabar Khan (30) had reportedly been working for Kafaitullahm a teacher, for the past two years.

Sabar's used to meet Army, BSF and Air Force staff and brainwashed them to join the network.
