Sterling scores on debut as Man City defeat Roma on penalties
Raheem Sterling made a perfect start to his Manchester City career with scoring an early goal in a friendly tie against Roma in Melbourne.
City won the game 5-4 on penalties after both teams were level 2-2 at full time, the BBC reported.
The 20-year-old striker had completed his departure from Liverpool after signing a prolonged 49million pounds deal last week.
