Taxmann partners with BSNL, enables GSP services for BSNL customers

Taxmann Pvt Ltd entered into a partnership with the state-owned telecom enterprise Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and introduced Goods and Services Tax (GST) Suvidha Providers (GSP) and Application Service provider (ASP) services for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and big business houses, effective immediately.

The partnership has been officiated for SMEs as well as large business houses to help in transitioning to the GST by launching an application software which will record invoices on a PC, hand held device or a smart phone, along with all GST compliances like preparation of GST returns, assistance in generation of GST challans for payment, filing of GST returns, sending back mismatch invoices and so on.

The application software for GST returns filing and compliances is designed for even a small businessman with little IT skills to ensure GST compliance on his own. The entrepreneur is not required to depend on any chartered accountant or tax expert for filing returns under the new tax regime regime. The service is targeted at remotely located small traders, shopkeepers and SMEs across India.

The selling proposition of the service is its simplicity and user friendliness. The application software is engineered to cater to GST compliance needs of SMEs as well as large business houses.
