'Divergent' star Theo James will be playing the lead in the upcoming 'Underworld' movie.
The Lakeshore Entertainment project would see the 29-year-old actor, who played a vampire named David in 2013's 'Underworld: Awakening' play the central character opposite two new female characters in the 5th film in the vampire action installment, the Hollywood Reporter reported.
Casting for the film, which would be scripted by Cory Goodman and produced by Lakeshore's Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi, is in progress, and the shooting is expected to begin in spring 2015.
