Tracy Morgan is still battling to get better after sustaining a brain injury in the June crash, it has been revealed.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Morgan's lawyers said that although he is recovering but it's still unknown if the actor-comedian will be "the Tracy Morgan he once was," but he'll definitely try to do that.
A Wal-Mart truck slammed into the back of a limo van that was carrying 46-year-old artist and several friends on their way back from a show in Delaware. One person was killed, and three others were injured, two seriously. Morgan spent several weeks in the hospital and in rehab.
'30 Rock' star sued for punitive and compensatory damages. In a response to the lawsuit filed in late September, Wal-Mart contended the victims' injuries were partly due to the fact that they weren't wearing seatbelts.
