The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) personnel on Thursday arrested a Tanzanian and a Nigerian national and seized four kilograms of cocaine worth Rs 40 crores.
The Tanzanian woman, identified as Beatrice Kemmy Ndyetabula, was arrested at Indira Gandhi International airport after landing here from Mumbai.
On a tip-off by the intelligence department, the NCB personnel were waiting at the airport premise for the arrival of the Tanzanian on Wednesday (August 16).
The NCB found two bags with the Ndyetabula, filled with cocaine concealed in 27 ribbon rolls.
Kemmy informed that she had travelled to India twice before this and it is the third time that she has come to India with a consignment to deliver to a resident of Delhi's Dwarka area.
The Nigerian national who was also arrested is identified as Augustin.
