Pakistan player Zulfiqar Babar, who starred in the Twenty20 series against the West Indies, has said that he is desperate to perform again for his team during the tour of Zimbabwe.
According to The Express Tribune, Babar expressed that his target was to give maximum contribution to the team and play as long as he could, adding that he was highly confident after the tour of West Indies.
The left-arm spinner, however, ignored the question of getting a delayed call-up, and said that he was never disheartened from cricket and working hard had now finally paid dividends because he was part of the national team.
Babar said that he could not express how happy he was after delivering the first bowl for Pakistan.
