455 Fiat Punto Evo Delivered in One Day; Diamond Merchant Gifts Employees as Diwali Incentive

Now that’s what you call a Diwali bonus. A prominent business house in Surat, Gujarat gifted 455 cars to its employees as Diwali bonus. It was Fiat Group Automobiles India Private Limited (FGAIPL) biggest bulk order for Fiat Punto Evo. According to industry sources, this is also the largest single delivery made by any car company in India.

Out of 455 Punto Evo, 190 cars are carrying a petrol 1.2-litre engine while the rest 265 are 1.3-litre diesel engine painted in New Pearl White and Minimal Grey. All the orders were taken by Sukrit Autolink, FIAT exclusive dealer in Surat.

Fiat recently launched the Punto Evo in India on August 5, 2014 in the price range of Rs 4.55 lakh to Rs 7.19 lakh.  The car embraces a redesigned front face with swept back head-lamps, aggressive front-grille and new bumper. The facelift version is offered in seven exciting color options- Glitterati Gold, Magnesio Grey, Exotica Red, Minimal Grey, Hip Hop Black, Vocal White and Tuscan Wine.

With the ground clearance of 195mm, Punto Evo is ideal for Indian roads. Inside the cabin, the hatch features ambient light, premium soft touch two tone dash, rear AC vents, all four auto down power windows, dual stage driver side airbag, smart wipers and 16” alloys.

Moreover to attract new buyers, the company also offers 3 year warranty with an option of extending it to 2 more years and convenient service intervals of 15,000 km. Fiat is also offering 3 year/ 45,000 km total repair and maintenance program at attractive rates for New Punto Evo customers. The company has extended its exclusive dealerships to 125 in 98 cities across 24 states in India.
