ARSS Infrastructure Projects announces resignation of director

With effect from 24 February 2015

ARSS Infrastructure Projects announced that U. N. Challu Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation (vide resignation letter dated 20 February 2015) from the board of the Company, due to his personal reasons. Since the Company has received the resignation letter of Challu on 24 February 2015 the same would be treated as effective date of resignation.

Further, the matter was not supposed to be held up till the next meeting of the Board of Directors the same has been taken on record through resolution by circulation (through e-mail) as per section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013.
